Application for Scholarship

Anyone wishing to apply for an SCEC grant should download the attached form which provides a Student Reference Form. This form is both an application and a church reference form. It contains information describing the process and qualifications needed for student grant consideration.

The following form must be filled out and mailed to apply for a scholarship:

This form must be mailed to the Financial Aid Office of the school for which you would like to receive an SCEC grant. Choose the appropriate address below and mail your form there and mail a duplicate copy to:
